Verdult Family Recovers Fake & Forged Items being created by Con-man Alton Perkins.The NIA (National Institute of Appraisers) certified the fake and forged items for over $70,000 stating it was authentic and created supposedly by the Artist. It was issued with authentication and appraisal certifications by Mr. Ed Okil (appraiser NIA) who helped Mr. Alton Perkins devise this scheme and contribute to the scheme by providing Perkins with certain falsified certifications making it possible to sell worthless items created in China and said by the NIA to be worth over $70,000 and issued authentication certification for the fake art. This devised scheme was created to defraud honest and hardworking innocent collectors like Thomas Newberry who has been happy to work with and cooperate fully with Authorities to criminally prosecute Alton Perkins to the fullest extent possible law will allow.
An Administrative Law Judge has issued an Order Making Findings and Revoking Registrations by Default in Sunburst Holding Corp., (Administrative Proceeding No. 3-13798). The Order Instituting Proceedings alleged that the company failed repeatedly to file required annual and quarterly reports while its securities were registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Default Order finds the allegations to be true and revokes the registrations of each class of registered securities of the company, pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
